Business was opened in 1993 in a downtown Portland shop (near 4th and Washington) with his wife, Svetlana. In 2000, Andrey moved to the Fred Meyer’s off Tenney Road where he was a staple of the Jewelry department for 25 years. Now we are pleased to announce that we have a brand new location off NE Hwy 99!
